Data and recipients
Name, email, optional phone, profile, company and project information. Access is restricted to the relevant EPENON team. After Netlify activation, Netlify Forms collects enquiries as a service provider. Forms are not transmitted in the Sites presentation; direct contact is offered instead.
Retention and rights
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within one year of the last exchange, unless legal duties or a dispute require otherwise. Contractual records follow their own statutory periods. Safeguards for providers outside the EEA must be checked before public collection. For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and applicable portability: contact@natura-parquets.fr. You may complain to the CNIL or your competent authority.
