Prices and delivery
Guide prices in EUR/m², excluding and including VAT, do not include transport or installation. The quote defines specification, quantities, packaging, tax, transport, delivery date and payment. Trade and European projects receive tailored proposals.
Consumer rights
Statutory guarantees remain unaffected. Distance consumer sales generally allow 14 days to withdraw after receipt; exceptions for genuinely personalized goods must be assessed specifically. Final terms must identify returns, guarantees and the appointed consumer mediator. Do not use this draft as final contractual terms.
